- NIFA Communities for Housing (C4H) – Communities for Housing (C4H)—a new initiative that replaces NIFA’s previous Housing Study Grant and Outreach Partnership programs
- C4H Offers:
- Grants up to $10,000/year for three (3) years
- (1:1 Match is required)
- $500 non-refundable application fee.
- Ongoing Technical Assistance for planning, partnerships, and pre-development.
- Peer cohort learning with up to five (5) communities.
- Access to NIFA financing and other housing tools.
Who Can Apply?:
- Grants up to $10,000/year for three (3) years
- Non-profit 501(c ) 3.
- Local Housing Authority.
- Planning Commission or Stand-alone commission.
- Municipality of its instrumentality.
